Roarin’ with Lions Car Show
Hi everyone! I just want to invite y’all to the “Roarin’ with Lions” Car and Truck Show in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. The car show is at the Sherrills Ford Elementary School, next to the fire dept. (Sherrils Ford, NC is near Mooresville, NC., no more than 10 min away…and about a 40 min drive from Charlotte, NC.)
The “Roarin’ with Lions” Car and Truck Show is hosted by the Sherrills Ford Lions on Saturday June 28, 2008. Gates open at 8:00 AM. Registration is 8-11:00 AM. Judging begins at 12:00, noon. Awards begin at 3:00 PM.

There will be FOOD, VENDORS, LIVE MUSIC ALL DAY, CRAFTS & GAMES.
Top 40 VEHICLE AWARDS. First 100 Registered Vehicles receive Dash Plate. There will be gift certificates, money prizes, & 50/50 raffle.
Trophies include *Best of Show, Car * Best of Show, Truck * Best Import * Best Street Rod * Club Attendance *People’s Choice
Car Show Rules
* No boom boxes or radios…(music will be provided all day). * No profanity or alcoholic beverages or weapons allowed on grounds. * The judges will not touch or operate the vehicles. * The judge’s decision is FINAL. * Participants not abiding by show rules may be asked to leave the show grounds.
Directions
NC I-77 to exit 36 (River Hwy/Hwy 150), go west on Hwy 150 approx 7 miles, turn Right (N) onto Sherrills Ford Rd. Go about 2 miles to elementary school on left (W) side of road.
Make sure you stop at the Century21 Hecht booth and say “Hi” to Terry Giddens, Fran Park, and Dawn Judge. We will gladly answer any real estate questions that you may have.

The Roarin’ with the Lions Car Show 2008 was a huge success! We had over 90 show cars, which is great for a local car show! I met a few new friends and several clients! It was a beautiful relaxing day and my favorite car actually won a prize! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to check out the cool cars and trucks! Hopefully, we will have another next year!
